Free Coffee at Lawson (For Me)

We had a pretty nice weekend, although Kuniko was stuck at work both days. Mostly I relaxed at home, read some books, listened to music, and finished off some errands that needed to be done.

Yesterday I stopped in at Lawson to pay a bill, and one of the workers that always is friendly bought me a ice coffee. He is a really nice guy, but I’m not understanding exactly why he likes to get me stuff. Does he have ulterior motives? Not sure yet…

This week we’ll put the final touches on packing (very light), so it should be a pretty low key week. No parties for me, but I think Kuniko has one on Wednesday. I think usually we spend the week before a trip trying to clean out the fridge as much as possible – this time should be pretty much the same. We’ve got a lot of tortillas and cheese, so it may be the week of the quesadilla…
