We’re still getting up early every morning – and going to bed early every night. Â Last night we went to bed around 8:45 in the evening, which I’ll admit is pretty damn early. Â But the good news is that we’re both getting lots of sleep, and I think at least in the first half of the day we’ve got plenty of energy. Â The second half (after lunch), not so much. Â Maybe it is time to calibrate the schedule a little more.
