After my success with dim sum last weekend, I thought I&#8217;d have a go at the leftovers last night, and came up with a Thai stir fry that I liked a lot.  It was just shrimp, carrots, mushrooms, onion and leeks, and cilantro, but it turned out better than I expected.  <\/p>\n<p>June will be a very busy month for Kuniko.  She&#8217;ll have only one day off this month, so I think I&#8217;ll have a lot of opportunities to do some cooking.
