As of two days ago, Kuniko is back to work with students, and so far it has been pretty busy for her. Yesterday was the first day for the new students, and so Kuniko was working late helping them get organized and starting a whole new education experience. She got home later than usual – almost 9:30!
Today I have the whole day off to work on projects around the house. I’ve decided to spend the time tackling the pantry, which is full of sauces and spices and kitchen odds and ends that had gotten kind of out of control at our old place. I’m going to head into Kobe later to get some space saving ideas, as well as hopefully buying a lazy susan to spin the spices.
The weather is still cold, but it is showing some signs of warming up. It is hard to imagine that it’ll be super hot in a few months, and it is nice seeing the air conditioners all installed and knowing that at least some rooms will be comfortable during the heat.
