Although the rain has really yet to come in the rainy season, it is clearly going to happen any time now. The weather has been shifting between clouds and sun, and the humidity has been rising steadily. It is the time of year when carrying a hand towel everywhere is necessary.
We’ve been sticking with simple dinner salads each night, since Kuniko has been arriving late almost every day. I’m expecting this weekend to have a small chance of rain, so it might be my opportunity to do some grilling. Tonight there is a 50% chance of rain. If it looks like the rain will miss us, I might sneak out to see if I can see any fireflies at the nearby park. Apparently they don’t like to come out in the rain.
