These last few weeks I’ve been cranking through classes and closing in on the end of this year. We’ll be taking the Japan family and heading to California to celebrate Christmas and New Years there. Before we head out, I’ve got to get my contract for next year straightened out. Tomorrow night after work I have a meeting with the department head, and we’ll talk it out. I’m not sure how things are going to work out – it could go anywhere from unemployment to a big raise.
Whatever happens tomorrow, Kuniko and I have plans to go out and enjoy some dinner at a local restaurant in Okubo. The weekend is here, and it is the last weekend before our trip. Can’t wait!
